All dancers will be taught technique and choreography based on their experience and skill level.
Experience and skill level will be evaluated and recommended by the coaching staff.

Practice Gear – t-shirt, shorts, and warm-up jacket (non-refundable).
2 Rutgers football routines (different material for groups) Includes admission for dancer.
3 women’s basketball performances. Includes admission for dancer.
2 practices per month August through February.
1 performance at Spirit Program Nationals send off January 2025. Free admission.
